Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy: –

We would accept the return of the product in accordance with the terms set forth under this policy.

Request for return of the order may be initiated if (1) The product ordered is different from what was ordered i.e. does not match the description on platform, (2) dissatisfied with quality of the product ordered due to size, fit, colour issue.  

Request for the return shall be initiated by the customer within 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the product.

The user shall ensure that product is unused, unwashed, original conditions, brand square box, MRP and brand tag attached, undamaged for successful return of product.  Such product should not carry stain, sweat, detergent or body odour. Return of the product is processed subject to above mentioned conditions fulfilled by the customer.

The Customer should always check the product display page on the return and exchange policy applicable to that specific products.

We reserve the right to reject the Return request of for the product if it does not satisfy the terms of this policy.

Return of the product are facilitated through logistic partners. On receipt of request by you on the platform the same being duly acknowledged by us. Our logistic partner will contact you for the return of purchased product and delivering the same to us. In the event if we are unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased product for from the customer, the customer shall be required to self-ship the product, the address of the same will be intimated to the customer upon user placing such request.

Self-shipping return is subject to quality check and Customer shall be fully responsible for delays, lost in transit, damages etc. In the event of self-shipped product if we do not receive the product or the package containing the product is empty, it is Customer’s duty to submit proof of delivery to prove his claim.

If any User has excessive return in their account, we may charge a standard convenience fee future order.

Refund: –

When you opt for the return of the product, upon receiving, verification and assessment of the product, the refund amount for such products which are eligible for return as per the term of the policy, will be processed within a period of 7 (Seven) Business Days from the verifying and assessment of the returned product.

Refund shall be processed to you through the same mode of payment used by you. Sometimes bank or financial institution may take longer time to process the refund request, if in case the refund is not processed within advised date, you may contact us.

Refund does not include shipping charges or any other charges including conveyance fee.
